1. What runs regardless of your choice
Two things are not cookies and are not gated by the banner, because neither identifies you or tracks you across sites:

2. What runs only if you accept
The banner shown on your first visit asks before any of the following runs. Decline, or ignore the banner, and none of these requests are made.

3. Changing your mind
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. The button below clears your saved choice and reopens the banner — decline again, or simply close the tab, and nothing gated by it will run on your next visit.
