Solutions
Start with the decision, not the method.
You do not need to know whether you want conjoint analysis or a Van Westendorp. You need to know what price to launch at. Tell us the decision — we will work out the method.
Below is our full practice, organized two ways: by the question you are trying to answer, and by the kind of research that answers it. If you are not sure where you land, that is normal, and it is exactly what the first call is for.
Find your question
What do you need to decide?
Start from the decision on your desk. Each one points to the layer that answers it.
- Should we enter this market at all? Competitive Research
- What price should we launch at? Competitive Research
- Is this concept ready to build? Competitive Research
- Why do our customers actually behave this way? Generative Research
- What do our customers need that nobody is serving? Generative Research
- How is our brand really performing? Competitive Research
- What is already in the data we own? AI & Automation
- How do we keep watching our category continuously? AI & Automation
Most decisions need more than one kind of evidence. We design across all three — and tell you which ones you actually need.

What are our customers actually telling us?
Not sure where you land?
That is normal, and it is exactly what the first call is for. A senior researcher will help you diagnose the decision before anyone talks about a study — and if you already know enough, we will tell you that too.
Book a call with a senior researcherQuestions we get
Before you choose a method
What if I don't know what research I need?
That is the normal starting point, and it is what the diagnosis call is for. A senior researcher works through the decision you are facing and what a confident answer would actually require — before any proposal exists.
What if my budget is small?
We right-size the work to the decision. If your question needs twelve interviews rather than a national survey, that is what we will tell you and that is what we will run.
Who actually runs my project?
The senior researcher who diagnoses your problem is the one who runs it, start to finish. There is no hand-off to a junior team after the pitch.
What if you think I don't need research?
We will say so. Occasionally the answer is that you already know enough to decide — and telling you that is worth more to us than selling a study you do not need.
Know before you commit.
Tell us the decision you're weighing. We'll tell you what it would take to answer it — and whether we're the right team to do it.
